Arrival / Dismissal Procedures

Car Cards MUST be used for all drop-offs and pick-ups. The safety of your child is our biggest priority. Anyone picking up without a car card will be required to show photo identification.

Full Day Student Drop-off and Pick-up:
7:00 – 8:00 AM and 3:30 – 5:30 PM, use the intercom at the front doors for assistance. If you are arriving after 8:00, please join the carline.

Half Day Student Drop-off and Pick-up:
Buses will be parked in front of the building and will be loaded/unloaded first. Parents will drive around the side of the parking lot, circle the island, and park along the side of the building until arrival and dismissal begin. 

Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures:

  • All children in the drop-off/pick-up line must be removed from the passenger side of the vehicle.
     
  • A staff member will escort students to and from the vehicle into the building. Parents need to buckle/unbuckle the child. All students must be secured in the appropriate child safety restraint.
     
  • Vehicles should not bypass other vehicles in the line during unloading and loading times. If at any time it is necessary for a car to bypass the vehicle in front of them, a staff member will ‘wave’ the driver on. 

Late Drop-Off/Early Pick-Up:
Please come to the front doors and use the intercom for assistance. An adult will be required to escort the child into the building to sign them in/out.
